  • To secure your spot at the Caretronic International Partner Summit 2025, we kindly ask you to provide a copy of your airplane ticket or, if traveling by ground, a hotel booking confirmation.

By submitting this confirmation, you'll ensure your place at the summit, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your spot at the event.

Cost Reimbursement for Clients

We will cover hotel and airfare costs for the client you bring if they commission a project within 12 months from June 13th 2025. This reimbursement will come in the form of an additional 5% super discount on the project.

Our Partner Summit will be held in the hometown of Caretronic, Kranj, Slovenia, on June 12-13, 2025.

For international participants, there are several convenient travel options to consider:

  • Ljubljana Airport (Slovenia): The closest and most convenient airport, offering direct access to the region and a scenic drive to Brdo - Kranj. Taxi or shuttle services to Kranj typically cost approximately 40-50 Euros*.
  • Zagreb Airport (Croatia): Situated about 2 hours from Brdo-Kranj, Zagreb Airport serves as an alternative for attendees seeking more flight options. The estimated fare for a taxi or shuttle service to Kranj is around 200 Euros*.
  • Trieste Airport (Italy): Located approximately 1.5 hours away from Kranj, Trieste Airport is another practical entry point for participants. The journey to Kranj from this airport can cost around 150-170 Euros with taxi*.
