- Lead a team responsible for project coordination and on-site installation, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects.
- Manage the full project lifecycle – from concept development to implementation at client sites across the United States.
- Maintain strong communication with US-based clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their expectations.
- Actively participate in solving technical and operational challenges throughout the project.
- Optimize project execution processes and continuously seek innovative improvements.
- Collaborate with management on strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support presales efforts by analyzing architectural floorplans to assess nurse call system requirements and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy of system quotes by validating layout assumptions and device placements based on floorplan analysis.
- Leverage system knowledge to optimize designs and support a smooth transition from presales to project execution.
We’re Looking For?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – required.
- Availability to work according to U.S. time zones (schedule adapted to the U.S. market).
- Experience with projects in the US market is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-initiative and a strong ability to learn quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, high productivity, and a proactive attitude.
- A high level of professionalism and a results-oriented approach.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (level VI or equivalent) in business, economics, administration, technical fields, or other relevant areas.
- Knowledge of the healthcare, medical device, or technology sectors is a plus, but not required.
