Caretronic is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives in Kranj, Slovenia. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is eager to immerse themselves in the heart of business operations and grow within our company.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, including making flight and hotel reservations for executives and designated individuals.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external partners, handling follow-up emails and phone calls with clients.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ensure efficient organization of files and records.
- Facilitate the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and activities.
- Conduct research and compile reports.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, marketing materials, and financial documents.
- Handle follow-up communications with clients, suppliers, and partners related to sales and marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain files and records, focusing on sales data, marketing materials, and financial documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Oversee and manage executive office budgets and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration. Candidates with technical, medical, or legal backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree holders in these fields are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- The role involves standard office presence, with hours mutually agreed upon.
- The initial 4 months will be a probationary period, assessing fit and performance.
