Caretronic is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, be able to promote our vision, and collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve extraordinary growth. This role requires a strong advocate for our clients and our brand, providing customized solutions to ensure a positive customer experience and drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding a client base through strategic outside sales activities. This includes prospecting new accounts within a defined territory, establishing consultative relationships with clients, and managing ongoing account and territory activities. Job Responsibilities
- Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Drive high-level engagements with C-Suite and organizational leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and enterprise customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients at executive levels.
- Sales and Revenue:
- Meet and exceed all revenue goals and sales targets.
- Develop leads and secure new business through conference calls, webinars, and in-person visits.
- Present and demonstrate our full suite of products and services effectively to prospects and clients.
- Achieve annual sales quotas and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Represent Caretronic products at tradeshows and events when requested.
- Customer and Market Insight:
- Analyze customer insights and market trends, adapting strategies based on these changes.
- Understand customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer service and customer success personnel.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage travel expenses effectively.
- Negotiate contracts with customers, involving management when required.
- Present and clarify quotations and related sales documentation to customers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business.
- Develop forecasts for opportunities with contracted or projected partners in collaboration with territory sales executives.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Act as a conduit between product marketing, engineering, and customers to communicate and define customer requirements and solutions.
- Demonstrate and maintain a thorough understanding of the target market and functional business activities.
- Work with territory sales executives to develop forecasts and strategies.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Analyze problems, formulate plans to overcome challenges, and execute tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Make sound, logical decisions and choose appropriate courses of action based on situational parameters.
- Employ continual improvement and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales and Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of the sales process, strategies, and solution selling.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, partners, vendors, and customers.
- Proven success in developing new business while managing and growing existing client sales.
- Knowledge of contractual negotiations and the contract development process.
- Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models and solution selling.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional work ethic, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience conducting sales presentations and webinars.
- Competitive, self-motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to create convincing proposals and documentation.
- Travel and Work Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively, about 50-75%, throughout the United States.
- Ability to work independently in the field and cover business travel expenses, submitting reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing, in English, using good grammar and vocabulary.
- Effective communication with employees and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Persuasive and expository skills required.
- Excellent business presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to create and present to different audiences, including executives.
- Excellent customer focus with a high sense of urgency and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
