Your Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in global markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Closing Opportunities: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed targets in your region.
- Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management, analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel: Representing Caretronic at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings worldwide.
Who We’re Looking For?
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who:
- Speaks Fluent English (required); proficiency in Spanish, French, German, Russian or Italian is highly preferred, as you will be working with clients across multiple regions.
- Has Proven Sales Experience: A strong track record in sales, particularly in closing deals within the healthcare or related industry.
- Is a Strategic Thinker: Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Is Results-Driven: Focused on achieving and exceeding targets, with an emphasis on solutions rather than problems.
- Possesses Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Is Adaptable and Resilient: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and willing to travel extensively.
- Is a Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
