Position summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and be Caretronics representative in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Caretronic's nurse call systems to nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently to identify potential clients, collaborate with installers, and represent Caretronic at health conferences and events.
Key responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients in the healthcare sector (senior homes, nursing facilities, assisted living, long term care facilities).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Caretronic's nurse call system.
Client Engagement
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with Caretronic products and services.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and competitor activities.
Event Participation
- Represent Caretronic at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand awareness. For bigger conferences, a team from Caretronic HQ will also be present.
- Network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals to expand the company's presence in the healthcare market.
Installer Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with installers to ensure successful implementation of Caretronic systems.
- Provide training and support to installers to enhance their product knowledge and installation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in healthcare sales, preferably in medical equipment or technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Willingness to travel to attend conferences, meet clients, and collaborate with installers.
- Familiarity with nurse call systems or healthcare communication solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business / sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales.
